Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early in the case of contracts concerning:

• the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun after you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB / EU Consumer Rights Directive),
• as well as other cases provided for by applicable law (§ 312g(2) BGB).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
