The Sony Alpha 7R III is part of the megapixel-strong R series of full-frame mirrorless cameras from Sony. The camera was launched at the end of 2017 and is still at the forefront.
For me as a landscape photographer, it is the perfect camera. It has a high image quality with a wide dynamic range. For animal and sports photographers, the autofocus could work faster. The successor or a Sony Alpha 7 IV would be much better here.
The Sony 14mm F1.8 GM is a superlative ultra-wide angle. Light and bright. Great for long tours and especially for astrophotography. You can find my test HERE.
My favorite lens. This is due to its numerous uses. It is sharp and flexible. That’s why I have it in my backpack 99% of the time. For filming, the built-in stabilizer is convincing across the board.
Only the weight is a bit much on very long tours.
Small, light, powerful and affordable. What more could you want? My favorite for long tours next to the Sony Zeiss 55mm.
A sharp and lightweight 55mm. The workmanship is high quality and the special feature is the Zeiss 3D pop effect.
The 100-400mm GM has been on the market for a very long time. Nevertheless, there is still no alternative for me. Top workmanship, high lens coating and built-in OSS. Equally good for landscape and wildlife photography.
The first real consumer drone with a built-in APS-C sensor. At last, photos from the air are usable.
Light and stable. This is the Rock Solid Gamma Mark II from Rollei. HERE you can find the test.
